The Robiola of Roccaverano D.O.P. is produced with raw goat milk. Seasoned has a straw yellow or reddish rind, slightly wrinkled, with the presence of a natural flowering of mold. The dough has a soft and slightly compact consistency as the aging period continues. The taste is sweet and persistent.
