This cheese was born from the precise desire to match the taste and aroma of sheep's milk with the intense flavour of black truffle. The result is the perfect balance between the flavour of the sheep's milk and the one of the truffle, extremely balanced because the two flavours do not prevail. The pasta has a straw- yellow colour with black truffle veins with the presence of some holes. The flavour is intensely aromatic with spicy and truffle hints, pleasant and inviting.
