The company Castagna, which has always been attentive and present at the most important national and international fairs, has scheduled for 2020 the participation in the Salon du fromage to be held at the Paris expo. With 220 exhibitors and 7,644 visitors, it is an unmissable event for all the professionals in the dairy sector. Fair that is repeated every 2 years, alternating with another exhibition of great value: Mondial du fromage in Tours, always in French territory.
A contest will be held during the event: Le Coup de Coeur Contest. This competition, created in 2016, rewards the 10 best products presented by the exhibitors. In 2018, 143 cheeses, dairy products and equipment were judged by a panel of qualified professionals in the sector. Castagna will take part in the 2020 edition by bringing to the attention of the jury of experts two flagships of the company: Strach’in DOP, our gorgonzola recently awarded with the bronze medal at the World Cheese Award 2019, and Fontina di Alpeggio DOP seasoned 1 year.
