Typical Greek cheese produced by a small dairy located in the north of Euboea Island. Its production is limited due to the small quantities of milk and modest structure of the dairy. Processed with raw sheep's and goat's milk, the maturing takes place for 3 months in barrique. It impresses for its quality and refinement, with perfectly balanced taste. Characterized by a pleasant harmony between salinity and fruitiness.
