Last week Castagna took part in the international B2CHEESE fair, a fair for dairy industry operators, which took place in Bergamo. B2Cheese is dedicated to the mainly Italian dairy industry, but this edition has aroused great international interest. In fact, at our stand we welcomed visitors from all over the world and it was an important moment of meeting with customers and comparing with our competitors.
The fair hosted a competition: the WORLD CHEESE AWARDS, which for the first time arrived in Italy, and this year it broke all records with the registration of 3,804 cheeses from all over the world.
