Another significant cheese from Valtellina. Milk product obtained on farms in the province of Sondrio and aged in the traditional "Casere". The dough is soft, more consistent in advanced aging. The taste of young Valtellina Casera is sweet as the maturation continues, the flavour becomes more intense and aromatic.
